Shipping & Return Policy :

Thank you for shopping with Zudybaba Enterprise, where we strive to offer excellent customer service and simple policies that won’t add stress to our customers. Our entire team is dedicated to ensuring overall customer happiness, which starts with fulfilling orders as quickly as possible. This means we do our best to get orders shipped the same business day.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm except public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or during holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time:

  • Packages are normally received within 4 to 6 business days (except holidays). Delivery time may extend due to unpredictable situations (Example: Natural Calamities/Epidemics etc.)

Delivery Impact:

We are shipping pan-India and aim to get your orders delivered within 4-6 working days. However, delivery services may be affected in some parts of the country, resulting in a delay due to unpredictable situations (Example: Natural Calamities/Epidemics etc.) Please bear with us during such time.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

  • Shortly after your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email with a link to track the package on the shipping company website.

RETURN POLICY

You can return the ordered product if the product sent is damaged.

Refund will be done in 5 working days starting from refund applied and once approved by Zudybaba Enterprise.
Refund amount will be confirmed only after a complete check of the product by our experts.

Refund Method – Will be made in same mode of transaction from which you have made payment. For e.g. Refund will be done on credit card if you have made payment through credit card.

Zudybaba Enterprise reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

Zudybaba Enterprise has all rights to reject or accept the request of return/replacement.
