Return Policy

You can return the ordered product if in case the product sent is damaged.

Refund will be done in 5 working days starting from refund applied and once approved by Zudybaba Enterprise.
Refund amount will be confirmed only after complete check of product by our experts.

Refund Method – Will be made in same mode of transaction from which you have made payment. For e.g. Refund will be done on credit card if you have made payment through credit card.

Zudybaba Enterprise reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case an incorrect price is listed or for any other reason. In such a situation, we will update you via email or call and refund 100% of any payment you may have made.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customer’s side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.

Zudybaba Enterprise have all rights to reject or accept the request of return/replacement.
